Girling takes steps to match your loved one with the right caregiver, and all of our caregivers are bonded, insured, and undergo a rigorous background check. But if for some reason there’s a mismatch, Girling will help you find someone that’s a better fit for your family. Even more, you’ll work with the same caregiver (or team of caregivers) each day, so the person (or team of people) you and your loved one interact with will be consistent.
